Senior Provider Enrollment Specialist

At our organization, we are committed to hiring experienced Credentialing & Enrollment Specialists who possess a strong background in end-to-end provider enrollments, insurance credentialing, and recredentialing. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in remote work environments and maintain clear communication with clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-spectrum provider credentialing and enrollment processes, including filing letters of interest and completing enrollment applications across all states.
  • Establish effective communication channels with payers via calls and emails to ensure the successful processing of both individual and group applications.
  • Demonstrate expertise in submitting required documentation for private commercial payors, Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid MCO, Medicare supplement/replacement plans, and other applicable platforms.
  • Provide regular updates and maintain active status of providers with payers, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and clients.
  • Manage end-to-end processes for creating and maintaining provider details on various platforms, such as CAQH, PECOS, Availity, Navinet, NPPES, and other provider portals.
  • Oversee the application and renewal process for all provider licenses, including Professional, DEA, and Controlled Substance licenses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in provider credentialing and enrollment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using credentialing portals and associated documentation, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with both clients and payers, fostering collaborative relationships and resolving issues promptly.
