Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Transaction Advisory practice. As the Head of Transaction Advisory, you will be responsible for overseeing the department responsible for PMO services, IPO Advisory, process integration, contracts and legal compliance, due diligence and transaction structuring.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A, corporate finance or transaction advisory, with experience in leading complex cross-border transactions and post-deal execution programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead deal execution & integration: drafting of transaction documents, completion of due diligence, and transaction negotiations.
  • Financial & Regulatory Management: implementation of deal-related structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Stakeholder & Client Advisory: act as trusted advisor to boards, promoters, CFOs, and private equity investors on post-transaction strategy.
  • Practice Leadership & Team Management: build and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver transaction execution services.
  • Business Development & Thought Leadership: develop service offerings in post-deal advisory and integration.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory (Big 4, consulting, or corporate M&A leadership).
  • Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA (Finance) / LLP
  • A proven track record of leading complex cross-border transactions and post-deal execution programs.
