Job Summary

Mashreq Bank is looking for a Strategic Programs Manager to support the Country head in delivering strategic program agendas, managing programs, and reporting on initiatives across functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management:
    • Ensure alignment of key projects to the bank's global service delivery strategy, reporting progress, risks, and benefits to senior leadership.
    • Support the Country Head in delivering strategic outcomes by translating goals into actionable programs and outcomes.
    • Maintain central program documentation, define KPIs/SLAs, and track governance forum actions.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Anchors CSR governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication across locations.
    • Partners with NGOs and internal committees to evaluate, track, and present CSR initiatives.
    • Collaborates with communications teams to articulate CSR impact and promote broad-based engagement.
  • Reporting and Communication:
    • Creates and manages dashboards, trackers, and reporting packs for project reviews and governance meetings.
    • Designs high-quality presentations and visual content to support internal and external communications.
    • Evaluates and enhances tools and templates to streamline workflows and improve governance visibility.
