Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and with minimal risks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Initiation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Project Execution: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless execution. Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet objectives.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Communication: Report and escalate issues to management as needed. Ensure excellent written and verbal communication skills throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana.

Mandatory Abilities: Resource Management, Stakeholder Management, Benefits Management, Quality Management, Project Planning, Scope & Change Management, Schedule Management, Project Financial Management, Risk/Crisis Management, Project Governance.

Desirable Abilities: Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams, familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
