Job Title: Strategic Program Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our projects in Gujarat. This is a challenging role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate between cost, time, and quality.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of project management principles and be able to take ownership of producing relevant reports at frequent intervals suggested by management.

  • Key skills required include coordinating with contract administration teams, technical field skills, and the ability to estimate time and resource requirements.
  • Familiarization with contractor billing and rate negotiation is also essential.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering and 25 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, coordination, procurement, and contract management.

Industry background in real estate, high-rise buildings, big hotels, resorts, hospitals, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing project plans and schedules
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders including contractors, vendors, and clients
  • Managing budgets and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Ensuring quality control and compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • At least 25 years of experience in project management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
