Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will lead and support TQM initiatives, utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify and solve operational issues, and implement innovative practices that drive productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives to ensure adherence to quality standards across operations.
  • Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyze, and solve operational issues, driving sustainable improvements.
  • Encourage and implement innovative practices that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Total Quality Management principles and practices.
  • Ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for report generation and presentations.

Work Schedule:

6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
