Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive business process excellence in our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing BPO operations, driving performance improvements, and delivering exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, developing and implementing operational strategies to improve service delivery, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

In addition, the leader will manage client relationships, train, mentor, and develop team members, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-13 years of experience in BPO operations or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
