Job Description

We are hiring for a Voice Process role that focuses on providing exceptional service and sales support. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who are looking to build a career in the BPO industry. The role involves explaining products to premium customers and managing end-to-end card sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Explain products and services to premium customers over the phone.
- Sales: Handle end-to-end card sales, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Communication: Use your average communication skills to interact with customers.
- Product Knowledge: Understand product details to effectively explain them to customers.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification:12th Pass and above.
- Communication: Basic English reading and understanding are required.
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Compensation & Schedule

- Salary: 14,000 to 23,000 (In-Hand).
- Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM.
