Automotive Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing daily customer requests through a shared mailbox and providing member support across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiries promptly, conducting product sales and processing returns and related requests.

Key responsibilities include identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.

Maintaining records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints is also crucial. Providing feedback to management regarding customer issues, concerns, and emerging trends is another essential aspect of this role.

Collaboration with a team of Customer Service Representatives and other departments is required to find appropriate solutions to problems. Developing and documenting knowledge into useful content, continuously enhancing knowledge of products and services, and achieving or surpassing performance targets are also key objectives.

Requirements and Skills:

A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in customer service, with automotive repair, parts, and component knowledge being a requirement. Technical or engineering experience, proficiency in English, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently are also necessary.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with customers, having a customer-centered approach with adaptability to various customer personalities, teamwork skills for working with team members and other departments, ability to work remotely in shifts aligned with market operational hours, digital literacy, and willingness to achieve goals and pursue self-improvement are all essential qualities for success in this role.
