Hybrid Powertrain System Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Powertrain System Engineering professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in system engineering, simulation model development, and powertrain architecture.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop simulation models for hybrid powertrain systems using specialized software such as MATLAB and Simulink.
- Estimate CO2 emissions, EV range, and vehicle performance for hybrid powertrain systems.
- Lead and support the team in developing simulation models for hybrid controller calibration.
- Analyze simulation results to identify trends, inefficiencies, or potential failures.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior hands-on experience in system engineering and simulation model development of ICE, HEV, and EV powertrains.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, and Python for system modeling and data analysis.
- Knowledge of hybrid powertrain architecture and electrical-electronics architecture concepts.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and be self-motivated for independent work.
- Flexibility in handling multiple projects and changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
