EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE B E B Tech M Tech in Mechanical Automobile Electrical Electronic Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience JOB ROLE System engineering of Hybrid Powertrain System Simulation Model development for estimation of CO2 EV range Vehicle performance etc with Hybrid Powertrain system JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop simulation models for Hybrid Powertrain system including vehicle dynamic using specialized simulation software e g MATLAB Simulink for estimation of CO2 EV range Acceleration Performance Energy Consumption etc Execution of Simulation Estimation work for right sizing of system to achieve the defined targets by using in-house developed Simulation models MATLAB Simulink Lead support the team for development of Simulation Model for Hybrid Controller Calibration Analyze simulation results to identify trends inefficiencies or potential failures - Interpret data to provide actionable insights for improvements Tracking the trend of future powertrain technology regulation government policy etc COMPETENCY REQUIRMENTS TECHNICAL FUNCTIONAL Prior hands-on experience in System Engineering Simulation Model Development of ICE HEV EV powertrains of passenger car for estimation of CO2 EV range Acceleration Performance Energy Consumption etc Proficiency in MATLAB Simulink Python for System Modeling and data analysis Proficiency in know-how of Hybrid Powertrain architecture including Electrical-Electronics architecture concepts Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment as well as be self-motivated for independent work Flexibility in handling multiple projects and changing priorities Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
