Cloud HCM Technical Consultant Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong technical background in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the system.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can develop HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems. Additionally, they should be proficient in developing Reports using BI Publisher and performing data conversion using HDL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
  • Develop HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems.
  • Develop Reports using BI Publisher.
  • Perform data conversion using HDL.
  • Develop fast formulas.
  • Functional understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR.
  • Understanding of Redwood framework.
  • Understanding of Journey configuration.
  • Perform Page personalization and customizations using VBS.
  • Migrate existing page personalization to Redwood using VBS.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus.
