Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.

Main Objectives:

  • Configure Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements.
  • Document configurations for reference purposes.

Main Focus Areas:

  • Lead and participate in the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with primary focus on Payroll (US).
  • Collaborate with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules to identify functionality fit/gaps.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, specifically Payroll with any module combination.
  • Proven track record of leading RFP responses and collaborating with sales and technical teams to create comprehensive submissions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules.
