Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to manage the financial aspects of our IT/ITES export business. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, including daily, monthly, and yearly operations.

The selected individual will be responsible for creating and managing international client export invoices, handling bank reconciliations, and recording accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities include managing vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing, as well as overseeing month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation.

We are looking for an independent worker with excellent reporting and documentation skills, strong exposure to audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in IT/ITES export accounting, with a minimum of 4 years.
  • Mandatory hands-on expertise in Zoho Books (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation).
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
