Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating export files and bills of lading in the LARA system on a pan-India basis.

  • Maintaining and updating export files and bills of lading in the LARA system on a pan-India basis.
  • Updating all remarks received from the intermodal team regarding import and export cleanup files.
  • Handling all export invoice requests for information within the established turnaround time (TAT).
  • Replying to various queries received from vendors, GBS teams, and customers.
  • Ensuring timely provision of SDP and SDD code generation.
  • Following up with vendors and GBS teams for outstanding bill payments to ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Resolving issues related to freight order generation and COL updates on the LARA and LISA systems.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on intermodal moves.
  • Addressing and resolving service-related issues or escalations in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Ensuring that vendors understand the invoicing process and submit accurate invoices in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
