  • About the Role: We are seeking a Jr. UK Visa Counsellor to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to help students achieve their academic goals in the UK. As a Jr. UK Visa Counsellor, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting students throughout their visa application process.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Student Counselling: You will work closely with students to understand their needs and provide them with accurate information, smooth documentation, and complete assistance from inquiry to visa approval.
  • Application Process Management: You will manage the application process, including ensuring that students receive timely and effective support.
  • Visa Stage Support: You will provide expert guidance and support to students at each stage of the visa application process.

You will be responsible for handling first-level counselling for UK study inquiries, explaining visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklists. You will also assist students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and forex guidance.

  • Inquiry to Registration Conversion Rate ≥ 25%
  • Offer Letter Turnaround Time ≤ 10 Working Days
  • CAS Mock Pass Rate ≥ 90%
  • Visa File Error Rate = 0 Critical Errors/Month
  • CRM Hygiene = 100% Entries Complete & Updated
  • Weekly Reports Submitted on Time = 100%

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Gujarati), knowledge of the UK study system, organisational abilities, and the capacity to explain financial requirements clearly.
