Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage the overseas admission process for Indian students. This senior-level position requires a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience.

This role involves working closely with universities and educational institutions across various countries to facilitate admissions, provide counseling to students, and ensure compliance with visa requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead a team of 8-10 coaches/country counselors, ensuring that monthly/yearly targets are achieved.
  • Visa Compliance: Ensure compliance with visa requirements and assist students with their visa applications.
  • Application Review: Coordinate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions across various countries.
  • Policy and Market Awareness: Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends.
  • Student Support: Address any issues or concerns raised by students and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions and student interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven Experience: In international recruitment and student counseling.
  • Study Abroad Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations.
  • Visa Requirements: Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & ability to hustle.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Expectations
  • Work Schedule: 6 days working week.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years experience in Study Abroad Domain and 5+ overall experience.
  • Vision per Counselor: Minimum 40 Visa per counselor in a year and 320-400 visa at manager level with a team of 8-10 country Counselors.
