Are you a seasoned financial expert with a passion for compliance and leadership?

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as a senior finance professional. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate filing of regulatory returns, and providing strategic insights to management.

**Job Description:**

As a Chartered Accountant (CA), you will be responsible for:

1. **Financial Reporting & Compliance**: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per IND-AS and other applicable standards. Coordinate with statutory, internal, and secretarial auditors for smooth audit closure and timely resolution of audit queries.

2. **MIS & Business Analysis**: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, including key financial metrics and variance analysis. Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.

3. **Internal Controls & Process Improvement**: Monitor and enhance internal financial controls and processes. Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

4. **Taxation & Treasury**: Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and other statutory payments. Support treasury functions, including cash flow management and banking operations.

5. **Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management**: Develop the finance & accounts team. Liaise with senior management and external stakeholders as required.

**Requirements:**

* CA degree from a recognized institution
* 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
