Job Title: Trade and Working Capital Senior Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Trade and Working Capital Senior Associate. This role will involve collaborating with internal partners and external clients to investigate and make decisions on transaction escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve trade-related issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert-level knowledge of trade products, including commercial letters of credit, documentary collections, and supply chain finance.
  • Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement, influencing internal partners to implement changes.
  • Operate effectively in a complex, high-pressure environment, supporting high-risk processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of trade products, including commercial (import & export) and standby letters of credit, documentary collections, bank-to-bank reimbursements, supply chain finance, trade loans, and open account transactions.
  • Exhibit expert-level knowledge of ICC Rules, particularly UCPDC, ISBP, URC, ISP, URR, along with a working knowledge of SWIFT rules for 400 and 700 series messages.
  • Possess expert knowledge of U.S. regulations such as BSA/AML, OFAC, Anti-Boycott, and Export Controls.
  • CAMS certification is highly desirable.
