At the heart of this role lies a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic vision. As a Salesforce Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding organizations through the intricacies of Salesforce deployment, ensuring seamless integration with their existing infrastructure.

">Responsibilities">

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and metadata, as well as experience in implementing DevOps best practices within Agile environments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering requirements, designing, and implementing DevOps architecture to meet business needs.">
  • Deploying releases to various environments and performing hotfixes and rollbacks as needed.">
  • Writing build scripts and pipelines to implement end-to-end build and deployment orchestration.">
  • Verifying successful continuous delivery deployments.">
  • Defining and implementing branching strategies to support parallel software development.">
  • Reviewing continuous delivery validation builds for failures and resolving deployment issues with Development & Configuration teams.">
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.">

Key qualifications for this position include 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform, a deep understanding of scratch orgs, and proficiency in implementing package-based deployments. Additionally, hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Flosum is highly desirable.
