Job Opportunity: NetSuite Systems Support Specialist

Job Description:

The company seeks an experienced NetSuite Systems Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and scripting new capabilities in NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize NetSuite fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom objects, custom records, scripts, reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using NetSuite API knowledge.
  • Provide technical support for business stakeholders, ensuring seamless interaction across Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay processes.
  • Collaborate with the Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or Lean software development teams to migrate SDFs and manage code repositories.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in the Information Technology field.
  • At least 4 years of end-to-end ERP, CRM, and Suite Commerce experience in NetSuite administration and configuration.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a quantitative field.
  • NetSuite certifications are desired.
  • Solid experience creating, customizing, and managing NetSuite features.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders.
