Job Title: Project Accounting Specialist

Job Description

The role of the project accounting specialist is to manage and maintain financial data, prepare reports, and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. The successful candidate will have experience with financial software, be highly organized, and possess excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and other documentation as required
  • Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Monitor and reconcile financial statements, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action as necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a project-based environment
  • Excellent knowledge of financial software, including Excel and accounting systems
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
