Job Title

The role of a finance specialist revolves around managing financial transactions, including invoicing and billing. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all financial activities are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.

You will work closely with project teams, colleagues, and clients to identify and resolve issues related to project invoicing. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize your workload, and meet deadlines.

Experience in accounting or finance is essential, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is also required.

In addition to these technical skills, you will need to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage client POs, creating and sending invoices to clients.
  2. Ensure project financial transactions (billing, collection, time & expenses) are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Support project teams, colleagues, and clients to identify and resolve issues related to project invoicing.
  4. Receive, interpret, and process billing instructions, following up with project teams for clarification as needed.
