Job Title: Production Operations Specialist

Dedicated and detail-oriented professionals are sought after to excel in a dynamic production environment. As a key player, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational execution, efficient production planning, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure synchronized production and optimal results.
  • Develop and implement effective production plans, scheduling, and monitoring to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Prepare and review production documents for new products in line with QA guidelines.
  • Oversee the execution of approved manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead quality assessments and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train production personnel, fostering a disciplined and safe working environment.
  • Manage the complete production cycle, including resource allocation, productivity, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, quality control, and procurement teams for streamlined workflow.
  • Communicate with external vendors and manage outsourced production to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory of raw materials and manage stock procurement.
  • Prepare and analyze production reports, cycle times, and capacity utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain operational harmony on the production floor.
  • Support production planning, budgeting, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of core production experience within an export house environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; graduates from premier institutions preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of production processes, time and action calendars (TNA), and project management.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and people-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing fabrics, trims, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of punctuality, dedication, and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Medically fit.
