About Us:

Our next-generation Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform enables IT and security teams to discover identities, applications, streamline access management, and automate access reviews from a single interface.

We are building a scalable IGA solution for B2B SaaS companies. You will collaborate with our product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to develop a customer-centric product and scalable product operations.

Your Role:

  • You will work closely with customer-facing teams to understand pain points, use cases, and market needs.
  • You will collaborate with Product Managers to identify new opportunities, scope requirements, and create project collateral.
  • You will support design by developing low- to high-fidelity prototypes that enhance customer experience.
  • You will test and release product features by coordinating with the QA team.
  • You'll analyze product performance and adoption post-launch to continuously improve product experience and capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in product development, market research, and opportunity mapping.
  • Able to convert unstructured problems into structured ones and communicate them effectively.
  • Prior software/web development experience and Agile Scrum framework knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, databases, and APIs.
  • Able to work in an agile environment, collaborating with design, engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Education: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business.
  • Good to have: Prior experience in crafting high-quality PRDs and high-level design wireframes
