  • Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM
  • Location: PAN India
  • Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.
  • Implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain CMDB documentation, including data models, workflows, and processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CMDB development team.
  • Audit and perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Integrate the CMDB with other IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on CMDB functionalities and best practices.
  • Requirements
  • Experience in CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience with integrating CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools.
