Job Title: Offshore Copado Robotic Testing Engineer with Selenium

We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) Engineer with 6+ years of experience in CRT version 3+, Selenium, and Salesforce ecosystem including Commerce Cloud and Order Management Systems (OMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automated Test Script Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT 3+) for Salesforce and integrated applications.
  • Selenium WebDriver Scripting: Create and maintain Selenium WebDriver scripts with Java (or Python) for complex test flows that may not be covered by low-code CRT.
  • Web Automation Concepts: Strong understanding of web automation concepts including XPath, CSS selectors, waits, and dynamic elements.
  • QWords Script Management: Create and manage custom scripts in QWords for reusable, modular, and scalable test automation.
  • Test Component Management: Build and manage reusable test components, test data sets, and libraries in CRT.
  • Live Testing: Perform live testing, including UI recording, debugging, and test flow optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, and OMS testing initiatives.
  • CI/CD Integration: Integrate Selenium-based tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure compatibility with CRT frameworks.
  • API Testing: Conduct API testing and validate backend services and integrations.
  • Test Planning and Reporting: Participate in test planning, test case design, and defect triage. Generate detailed test reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Implementation Experience: Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation experience in a Salesforce environment.
  • Copado Robotic Testing Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing, preferably version 3 or higher.
  • Selenium WebDriver Proficiency: 3+ years of strong experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
  • Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge: Solid understanding of Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, and OMS.
  • QWords Scripting Ability: Proven experience in creating and managing scripts in QWords.
  • Live Testing Skills: Proficiency in live testing, UI recording, and debugging test flows.
  • API Testing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of API testing tools and techniques.
  • CI/CD and DevOps Expertise: Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based testing environments.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
