About the Role:

The Special Aide is a critical member of our team, responsible for providing high-level support to senior leadership. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across the organization to drive strategic goals forward.
  • Communications, Partnerships & Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners.
  • Board Support & Liaison: Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, maintaining discretion and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Senior Management Liaison: Participate in senior management team meetings, coordinating agendas and facilitating cross-divisional projects.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and concision.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
