Job Title

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the role of IT Support Specialist, working in a fast-paced Investment Banking environment. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to users through various communication channels.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to applications, databases, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in supporting business applications.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and ITIL processes.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Unix/Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of programming languages scripting languages (Shell, Python etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
