We're seeking a seasoned Generative AI Expert to craft innovative models and pipelines that drive business value.

About the Role

As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing next-generation generative AI platforms and services. You'll design and develop high-quality generative AI models using techniques like RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches. Additionally, you'll fine-tune pre-trained large language models for specific tasks and domains, conduct research on new techniques, and apply software engineering rigor to ensure scalable and maintainable pipelines.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop High-Quality Models: Utilize your expertise in RAG, transformers, and other techniques to build cutting-edge generative AI models.
  • Fine-Tune Pre-Trained Models: Adapt pre-trained LLMs for specific tasks and domains, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with generative AI.
  • Conduct Research and Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously explore new methods to improve model performance and capabilities, staying at the forefront of generative AI advancements.
  • Apply Software Engineering Rigor: Ensure machine learning/generative AI pipelines are well-engineered, scalable, and maintainable, meeting the highest standards of quality.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Model Performance: Assess the effectiveness of ML/generative AI models, identifying areas for improvement and driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various teams to design, implement, and deploy proof-of-concept generative AI systems that drive business impact.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in generative AI or related fields, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience in building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring their performance, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
  • Familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models, as well as experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS ML/GenAI services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment, driving projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Methodical and meticulous approach to work and planning, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
