Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to lead our Data Engineering team. This role is based in Palakkad, India, and requires a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of global market dynamics and become a principal domain specialist.
  • Optimize digital trading platforms and other systems to improve business outcomes.
  • Become an expert in digital placement data and its interaction with the larger data ecosystem.
  • Build consolidated views using disparate data sources and placement data to provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or an Engineering discipline.
  • 10-12 years of experience in Business Intelligence and reporting, including working on enterprise-wide reporting systems and building dashboards from scratch.
  • 2-3 years of team management experience handling a team of 2-3 analysts.
  • Problem-solving skills within a corporate IT environment.
Technical Skills:
  • Data Engineering and transformation skills – SQL or Oracle.
  • Data Visualization – Power BI is a must-have, Tableau or Qlik would be a good-to-have.
  • Exposure and familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
