We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Brand Management professional to lead and execute brand communications, digital marketing initiatives, partner events, and campaign activations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute comprehensive brand strategies, leveraging expertise in branding, content strategy, and digital marketing.Manage creative agencies for timely, high-quality delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.Plan and oversee digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize campaigns and content formats, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.Establish approval workflows and manage delivery timelines to meet project deadlines.Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.Develop and maintain brand guidelines across all touchpoints – digital, print, and event – to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in the industrial or B2B sectors.
- Proven expertise in branding, content strategy, and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of website planning and wireframing principles.
- Experience in managing vendors and marketing collateral production, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong design sensibility and eye for detail, with a passion for creating engaging brand experiences.
- Familiarity with renewable energy or technology sectors is a plus, but not required.
