Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily quality assurance operations
- Development and implementation of quality management systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage quality audits and produce quality reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train staff on quality procedures
- Address customer concerns and enhance overall product quality
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality management
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to lead QMS initiatives and drive defect analysis, root cause resolution & process improvement
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years' experience in quality management within EMS/electronics
