Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Quality Assurance Associate.

The Stripe Delivery Center strategy focuses on providing operational leverage and expanding our portfolio of capabilities to support the scaled needs for external users and internal teams.

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting quality audits, reporting details to stakeholders, and generating insights to improve processes. You will have a coaching mindset, excellent communication skills, deep expertise in your program area, and strong analytical abilities.

  • Conduct quality audits in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Draft and circulate detailed monthly QA reports outlining scores and trends, clearly articulating issues noted and remedial actions required.
  • Support functional coaching for new and existing credit risk operations associates, as needed.
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation related to Quality Assurance, including sampling logic and coverage.
