  • Processing email Purchase Orders from end users through Salesforce and SAP systems.
  • Retrieving orders from partner portal and processing into SAP systems.
  • Verifying pricing against customer contracts or approved discount matrices.
  • Verifying availability of products.
  • Coordinating with purchasing teams to determine lead times when supply is not available.
  • Exercising discretion to prioritize product allocations when supply is not available.
  • Providing inside sales support, including interface with Customer Master Data, Credit, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales teams.
  • Processing customer returns and credit note requests in a timely manner.
  • Answering customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability and lead times.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues, responding in a timely manner.
  • Consistently reviewing backlogs to ensure compliance with company booking policies, including requirements that impact revenue recognition.
  • Completing self-training modules in SAP systems as needed.
  • Logging customer complaints (CCAR's) in SAP systems.
  • Creating Salesforce cases to request additional addresses or contacts be added to SAP systems.
