
Elevate Revenue Growth as a Venue Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify target markets and venues to drive revenue growth.
- Develop business plans to achieve revenue goals, ensuring optimal inventory levels, competitive pricing, and effective merchandising on platforms.
- Nurture key accounts, including venues and top sellers in respective markets, through regular competitive analyses and strategy adjustments.
- Conduct negotiations with venue owners, contract management, data analysis, and provide educational seminars and advertising opportunities.
- Liaise with suppliers, production teams, and wedding planning teams for smooth coordination of supply and demand activities.
- Present ideas effectively, understanding local market trends and managing a group of accounts to benefit the business.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry.
- Proactive, responsible, team player, and ability to work independently.
- Accurate analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Open to extensive travel.
