We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale our affiliate and partner programs, driving user acquisition, brand reach, and revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing affiliate networks, onboarding partners, and optimizing campaigns for measurable ROI.

This role is critical in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and manage affiliate marketing programs that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, influencers, and publishers
  • Negotiate commission structures and incentive programs to attract and retain top performers
  • Analyze and report on affiliate performance metrics (CAC, ROI, conversion rates, LTV)
  • Optimize campaigns by identifying high-performing affiliates and scaling their efforts
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to provide affiliates with creative assets and campaign support
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in affiliate activities

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
  • Proven success in building and managing affiliate programs and partner pipelines
  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and data analysis tools
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics and attribution models
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing affiliate relationships
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment
