As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in advancing our mission to empower merchants with a seamless and frictionless payment experience.

We are hiring for a leadership role that reports into the Financial Operations Team. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing and supervising reconciliation and settlements related activities, ensuring an effective and efficient operating model is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all payments and transactions within pre-set standardized turnaround times and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop plans to capitalize on those opportunities.
  • Lead projects related to payments and reconciliation, ensuring timely completion, achievement of objectives, and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience with predominant experience in merchant's settlement and reconciliation of payment gateways transactions, refunds, cash management, and nostro reconciliation.
  • Relevant work experience preferably from International Payment Gateways, Fintech, or Banks.
  • Graduation from a recognized University, preferred choice will be from the accounting background (B.COM).
