Job Title: Taxation Leader

The role involves overseeing the smooth execution of tax operations for entities, including managing direct & indirect tax compliance, audits & assessments, litigation management, and ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payments of TDS, Advance Income Tax & Security Transaction Tax (STT)
  • Verify reports prepared by the team and authorize payments
  • Collate financial data to ensure accuracy and timely statutory compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of taxation laws & accounting standards
  • Proven experience in financial services with Capital Market exposure
  • Strong stakeholder management (regulators, consultants, internal teams)
  • Leadership skills to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Process-driven, problem-solving mindset with execution focus
  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvements
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Essential: CA / MBA (Finance) with 8–12 years of relevant experience
  • Desired: LLB or additional qualifications in Capital Markets
