Job Title: Architect

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and construction, with excellent communication and project management skills.

  • An important part of this position is determining and adhering to budgets and timelines. The ability to work independently and create full design concepts for projects based on Principals design vision is essential. Preparation of presentations by creating mood boards, floorplans, drawings, and elevations will also be required.

  • In terms of education, the ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Skilled enough to work on 3D elevation and interior design renders, experience with project management software is beneficial.

  • The role involves controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design. Taking the brief to identify clients' needs and putting together feasibility reports and design proposals will also be a key responsibility. Developing ideas keeping in mind clients' needs, buildings usage, and environmental impact is crucial.

  • The selected candidate will produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections. Compiling project specifications is also an essential task.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of design principles and practices

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software

  • Familiarity with project management software

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
