We are currently seeking an experienced Voice/Chat Support Associate/Sr. Associate to join our team in the US FinTech domain. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our members, handling inbound phone inquiries and resolving disputes efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing US-based customers, preferably in Banking, crypto Financial Crime, and/or FinTech domains. They should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time opportunity with rotational shifts, offering a competitive salary of approximately **$55,000** per annum, plus benefits. If you are a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing inbound phone enquiries from Members requesting service & support
  • Validating identity and safeguarding Member information
  • Initiating effective written communication with Members
  • Capturing customer interactions, notes, and relevant information using web-based applications
  • Executing dispute claim investigations within regulatory timelines
  • Guiding Members to navigate online tools and applications
  • Ensuring high-quality service delivery in a 24/7 environment

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in Dispute Intake or similar banking/Fintech process
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
