Key Challenges of the Role:
- This role oversees the entire claims process from initiation to closure.
- The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in General Insurance, specifically Property Claims Handling.
Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and presenting Excel reports and MS PowerPoint presentations on a monthly basis.
- Managing survey deputation and maintaining reserves at various intervals in a claim.
- Regularly following up and updating claim status in the core system.
- Processing commercial claims, particularly in the Property line of business.
- Maintaining an inventory of claim files and preparing outstanding claim lists for analysis.
