Senior Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead the design and development of scalable, cloud-based applications powering our claims platform and customer self-service capabilities.

This leadership position requires a deep understanding of the insurance domain—specifically in claims systems—to drive technical excellence across the software development lifecycle, ensuring solutions are secure, performant, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Drive the creation of modern claims processing systems and self-service portals, integrating seamlessly with internal and external platforms.
  • Develop robust, cloud-native solutions (Azure preferred) to support claims automation, straight-through processing, and operational efficiency.
  • Migrate legacy claims systems to serverless, API-driven architectures, ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Design and optimize applications that process large data sets, leveraging frameworks like Spring Batch and implementing centralized logging via ELK stack.
  • Collaborate closely with claims business stakeholders, translating complex insurance requirements into technical solutions that enable faster claims resolution and improved customer experience.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
