To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL/T-SQL, index defragmentation, re-indexing, query optimization, and client/server connectivity.
  • Strong experience in automating routine tasks, replication monitoring, and backup/recovery scheduling.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, shell scripting, and ITIL framework.

Sybase certification or equivalent is a plus. Experience in cloud platforms, LEAN methodology, and open-source technologies is also desirable.
