Advanced Data Systems Delivery Team Lead

This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for delivering high-performance, scalable data solutions that meet mission-critical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership & Delivery: Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely delivery of advanced data systems for mission-critical applications.
  • Data Architecture Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure data architectures to support Tier 1 applications.
  • Team Management: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of data engineers, architects, and performance engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data architecture principles, experience with the ArcOne AI platform, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in delivering advanced data systems or similar solutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Proven track record of deploying high-scale, mission-critical Tier 1 systems with real-time and batch workloads.
