Senior Data Analyst Job Description

As a senior-level role, this position combines technical data expertise with project management and client-facing responsibilities in the pharmaceutical data space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end data aggregation projects from conception to delivery
  • Develop data management and reporting systems for specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data
  • Client relationship management and communication for successful project execution
  • Team leadership and mentoring to drive team success
  • Coordinate with US-based teams and clients for collaborative project delivery
  • Manage project finances and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field such as computer science, statistics, or data analytics
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in data analysis with a proven track record of success
  • Advanced Python coding skills with experience working with patient and/or payer data management solutions in the pharmaceutical market
  • Strong Excel proficiency with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word) proficiency for effective communication
  • HIPAA-compliant data management experience to ensure secure data handling
  • Experience with specialty distributor EDI data (852, 867) and commercial life sciences datasets (CRM, payer reference, claims) is highly preferred

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills for effective client interaction
  • Ability to work in an international matrix environment with diverse stakeholders
