Job Title: Senior Data Verification Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient data testing methodologies, leveraging expertise in software testing life cycles, test case preparation, and execution.
  • Utilize advanced tools and technologies, such as Azure Data Bricks/Pyspark and Azure Data Factory, to drive innovation and excellence in data testing.
  • Lead test teams and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Apply expert-level SQL skills to support back-end/ETL testing and ensure the highest standards of data quality.
  • Contribute to the development of large-scale data sets and data warehouse/data mart testing strategies, driving business growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, continuously improving testing processes and methodologies to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT, with at least 4+ years in cloud computing.
  • Thorough understanding of software testing life cycles, test case preparation, and execution.
  • Expertise in Azure Data Bricks/Pyspark, Azure Data Factory, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in leading test teams and developing junior colleagues.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to design and execute complex queries and stored procedures.
