About the Role

The Customer Support and Content Associate will be responsible for handling customer queries, creating content, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing detailed information to customers regarding products and services
  • Supporting customers through email ticketing systems, social media, and phone calls
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Contributing to the creation of engaging content for marketing purposes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent fluency in spoken and written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English
  • A minimum of 1+ year of experience in providing support in the respective languages
  • Strong command over negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Good problem-solving abilities, outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, and excellent phone etiquette
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
