We are seeking a skilled professional to provide customer support and create content in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
About the Role
The Customer Support and Content Associate will be responsible for handling customer queries, creating content, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing detailed information to customers regarding products and services
- Supporting customers through email ticketing systems, social media, and phone calls
- Resolving customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Contributing to the creation of engaging content for marketing purposes
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English
- A minimum of 1+ year of experience in providing support in the respective languages
- Strong command over negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Good problem-solving abilities, outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, and excellent phone etiquette
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
