Job Title: Program Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Program Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing successful Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, as well as managing end-to-end program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for new and existing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive effective stakeholder communication.
  • Manage website content and structure, conducting regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and user-friendliness.
  • Plan and execute impactful webinars and events to boost awareness and conversions, tracking engagement and refining outreach strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Growth, GTM, Strategy, or Program Management roles (EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups preferred).
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to deliver outcomes.
  • Experience in website management, ensuring quality through checks/reviews.
  • Exposure to building GTM plans, growth models, and product marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in planning/executing webinars/events is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • High ownership, agility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
