Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management professional to join our organization. As a critical component of our enterprise infrastructure, IAM plays a vital role in ensuring secure and seamless user access across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Implement, and Manage SSO Solutions: Develop, deploy, and maintain Single Sign-On solutions across enterprise applications.
  • Configure and Maintain Microsoft Entra ID Integrations: Ensure seamless integration with Azure AD for identity lifecycle management.
  • Implement and Support Ping Identity Solutions: Configure and support Ping Access and Ping Federate for authentication/authorization.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with teams to ensure secure authentication and authorization processes.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Identity Federation Issues: Identify and resolve problems related to identity federation, authentication, and access.
  • Support Security Audits and Compliance: Assist with security audits, compliance, and access governance initiatives.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Share knowledge and best practices within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 9 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with SSO technologies and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Ping Access/Ping Federate.
  • Understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise IAM environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
